Earwax Removal

• We recommend using wax-softening drops for 2 days before your appointment, if appropriate for you. The appointment fee covers wax removal from one or both ears.

​

• If you have a history of mastoid surgery, a perforated eardrum or another complex ear condition, please consult your doctor or ENT specialist before booking an earwax removal appointment.

​

• Medicare and private health rebates are not available for earwax removal.

​

Hearing Tests

​

Medicare rebates are available for hearing tests for babies, children and adults with a valid GP or specialist referral.

Before Your Appointment

​

After booking online or through our office, you will receive a confirmation email with links to any required questionnaires. Please complete these before your appointment and read the confirmation email carefully.

Cancellations

​

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. This helps us offer the appointment time to another patient.
